INVIND - Innovation investment and firm profitability

INVIND is a project that aims to analyse the determinants of business fixed investment and their possible effects on profitability, integrating macroeconomic, corporate finance and innovation economics approaches. In doing this, it combines a macro perspective (cross-country comparison) with a micro perspective (microdata on individual firms). The main results of the analysis are based on the Orbis database and provide a broad overview of the phenomenon and its underlying dynamics.

INVIND is a project funded by the University of Pisa.
