Iunio Quarto Russo is junior technologist at the Research Institute for the Evaluation of Public Policies of the Bruno Kessler Foundation (FBK-IRVAPP).
He completed a Master’s Degree in Management of Organizations and Territorial Networks and a Bachelor’s Degree in Interfaces and Communication Technologies at the University of Trento.
His work focuses on research and development of information and communication technologies, digital innovation, and data processing.
