Francesco Ottaviani

Francesco Ottaviani is a Junior Research Fellow at the Research Institute for the Evaluation of Public Policies of the Bruno Kessler Foundation. His research interests include programme and policy evaluation, education, and labour market.
Previously, he was a Research Associate at the Evaluation Lab of the Fondo per la Repubblica Digitale, where he contributed to the design and implementation of randomized controlled trials on programmes aimed at enhancing digital skills and promoting STEM education and training among students. He has also worked as an research collaborator for a Visit-INPS project and as a researcher for the Horizon Europe SPES project on behalf of ASviS.
Francesco holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Sapienza University of Rome and a Master’s degree in Economics and Economic Policy from the University of Bologna.
