Giulio Bertani

Giulio Bertani graduated from the University of Padua with a degree in Political Science and Public Policies. In his Master’s degree thesis, he analyzed political participation and abstentionism in Italy with Eurostat and Istat data.

During his studies, he had an Erasmus scholarship at the University of Lisbon and worked on a project with the University of Padova in which he assessed the quality of ESU canteen services and residences.

He is interested in the couterfactual evaluation of public policies for persons with disabilities and other human rights policies, such as the right to education.
