Socioeconomic trends in the host region Trentino-Alto Adige/South Tyrol

OECD Trento Centre for Local Development and its OECD Spatial Productivity Lab in collaboration with the Research Institute for the Evaluation of Public Policies (IRVAPP) are organizing the workshop “Socioeconomic trends in the host region Trentino-Alto Adige/South Tyrol (Italy)”. The event represents the 19th Meeting of the OECD Spatial Productivity Lab.

WHO WE ARE

The Spatial Productivity Lab (SPL) at the OECD Trento Centre for Local Development is a dedicated research laboratory that works with local and global partners to advance knowledge about the ways regional policy and a better understanding of spatial links can improve productivity growth and thereby the creation of better jobs and well-being.

The Research Institute for the Evaluation of Public Policies (FBK-IRVAPP) is a research center of the Bruno Kessler Foundation (Trento, Italy) dedicated to public policy evaluation research. FBK-IRVAPP’s mission includes public policy and program analysis and evaluation, the dissemination of evaluation research evidence among policy makers and the training of policy evaluators and program managers on evaluation methods. The policy areas covered by IRVAPP are: education, labour markets, industry and innovation, taxation, welfare and social programs.
