We are delighted to open the 2nd call for nominations for Best Paper in Policy Evaluation related to FBK-IRVAPP’s Advanced School 2024<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

What does the prize consist of?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The Research Institute for the Evaluation of Public Policies (IRVAPP)<\/a> at the Bruno Kessler Foundation (FBK)<\/a> will award a prize of 1000 EUR<\/strong> for the best paper in Policy Evaluation.<\/p>\n

In addition to the monetary prize, the author of the winning paper will be invited to present it at our yearly Advanced School<\/strong><\/a> organized in the winter of 2024 (January 22-24, 2024<\/strong>).<\/p>\n

Who can apply?<\/h2>\n

We welcome papers (only in print or working papers) from doctoral students, postdoctoral researchers, or assistant professors.<\/p>\n

The paper has to tackle issues of public policy evaluation with a counterfactual approach. The paper needs to be innovative and thorough, both methodologically and in its critical lens, opening or advancing a debate on a specific public policy or issue more broadly, irrespective of the context or scale.<\/p>\n

The papers have to be written in English.<\/p>\n

Papers presented in the last edition are not eligible.<\/em><\/p>\n
